1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FollowPulse (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

FollowPulse is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that enables businesses to display their Instagram follower count on physical counter devices. The Service includes a web dashboard, API, device management, QR code generation, and analytics features.

3. Account Terms

You must be 18 years or older to use the Service
You must provide a valid email address to create an account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
You must not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account

4. Instagram Integration

By connecting your Instagram account, you authorize FollowPulse to access your public profile information and follower count through the Meta Graph API. You may revoke this access at any time through your Instagram settings or FollowPulse dashboard.

5. Payment and Billing

Free plans are available with limited features at no cost
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through Stripe
All prices are in US dollars and do not include applicable taxes
You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Violate Instagram's Terms of Service or Meta's Platform Terms
Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to inflate follower counts
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the Service
Use the Service to distribute malware or spam
Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is the intellectual property of FollowPulse. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service for its intended purpose during your subscription period.

8. Limitation of Liability

FollowPulse is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months prior to the claim.

9. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance. We are not responsible for downtime caused by third-party services (Instagram API, Stripe, internet providers).

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be communicated via email.
